My outfit began with this paisley shirt that I got from a thrift store.

But I don't think it's what you notice


I think the jacket is a bit more out there.
Victorian-style jacket that I purchased from a thrift store too.




With an outfit like this, you have to keep the jewelry to a minimum.

It's not to often I'm in a dress. I love dresses,  but because I commute mainly by bike it's not the best item to wear.
