In browsing the internet, it appears The SPRING COLOR TREND for 2013 are these NEON colors. I do like them, but if you are like me, a regular person, who has a regular job and not a lot of money, then I can't wear head to toe NEON like these lovely ladies.   But I found some great options. These dresses are bold, simple and reasonably priced. Dress for Spring 2013 - NEON by zalina-13 featuring a ponte dress Add even more punch to these lovely dresses with a STATEMENT NECKLACE. There really are no set rules to layering necklaces. Do you! When it comes to making my necklaces, I keep in mind that I, or my customers may want to wear a few of them together. The things to consider are 1. necklace lengths *vary necklace lengths 2. spacing of the necklaces *pleasing to the eye 3. similar textures 4. complementary textures As to what you should wear, when you want to wear an assortment of necklace 1. keep the clothing simple a. casual outfit is t-shirt & jeans b. dress is a sheath or body hugging *nothing big or oversized 3. type of neckline you're wearing *v-necklines and round necklines are the best for layering necklaces. Don't layer necklaces over a turtleneck! Having worn this dress last Thursday night for Valentine's Day, I also wore it that day to work.   Pins & Needles High-neck Chiffon Dress - URBAN OUTFITTERS Originally the dress was $109, on sale online for $39, I purchased in the store from the sales rack for $10. Same dress for Day & Evening - Valentine's Day   I purchased this dress, probably 6 months ago at URBAN OUTFITTERS for $10     I don't normally wear dresses like this. I love to wear dresses, but my daily routine does not make it easy to wear dresses. I commute to work on my bike. It would be kind of hard to ride in  dress and heels. If I wear a dress when riding my bike, it's with flats or boots.   Having not worn this dress EVER, I really wanted to wear it on Valentine's Day This post I'm showing how I wore it in the evening.
