What is practice self love? It's focusing on being your own best friend, being your own motivator, being your own best care taker, being your own rock, being your own support system.   Why is it required? Because if you keep searching outside your-self to be loved or feel loved, you will ALWAYS be searching. There are days, weeks, months or even years, you may not have someone in your life who "loves" you, but you can  and should count on loving your-self. White "Goomba" Porcelin Trade Beads from West Africa. They are dingy white in color and have a nice patina and lots of character.   The term "Trade Beads" typically applies to beads made predominately in Venice and Bohemia and other European countries from the late 1400s through to the early 1900s and traded in Africa and the Americas.
