Photo Session - Hot as hell and

Image
I was wearing boots. While at work, during lunch went on campus and took some photos of MY PEACE of JEWELRY. I am not too good at setting up the timer - as you can see from the photos with me in them. LOL! Me setting the necklace on my WO-MANNEQUIN, which I made too. Me running towards the camera because I thought it was falling. Do you like the boots? The necklace is a 2-piece set featuring a Tibetan Pendant on a sterling silver rolo chain and the other necklace is several sterling silver chains with little gypsy bells intermingle. Each necklace closes with it's own lobster clasp. The necklaces can be worn separately or together. Sold on Etsy http://www.etsy.com/zeedubya

I don't like matchy matchy clothes or jewelry. For some reason, I like something to appear a little off. That is why I think this necklace (which I made) goes perfect with this striped t-shirt. It's all about merging the right colors. This necklace is 5-strands of opaque seed beads with intermittent Turquoise nuggets and brass cube beads with an extension chain to shorten or lengthen the necklace. The extension chain looks very sexy running down your back. Necklace length shortest - 31.5" longest - 37" More pic Pics with white t-shirt Sold on Etsy http://www.etsy.com/zeedubya

New MY PEACE of JEWELRY Necklace

Image
Just made MY PEACE of JEWELRY necklace here and I could not wait to take photographs, so I brought it to work. On my lunch break, I went on campus and "scouted" the perfect location. I did not really "scout", I had to go up there anyway to drop something off. Anyway, I found an area full of benches, where I thought it would be kind of cool. I am photographing more and more outside because I like to do it during my lunch hour when it's daylight and there is a lot of natural light. MY PEACE of JEWELRY is very organic, ethnic, nature-inspired jewelry and I want to express this in my photographs. Photographed a few in the sun BUT a little too bright! Photographed in the shade and I liked the outcome. http://www.etsy.com/shop/Zeedubya
