How I Wear MY PEACE of jewelry - HOT!
It's been pretty hot in Southern California. Hot and humid. Even though it's hot, you can't hide inside. Errands must be done, which involves moving my buns from point A to B. Over the weekend, I went to Alpine Village in Torrance. Alpine Village is little piece of Germany transplanted into sunny Southern California. There's a grocery store featuring German meats and products. There's a restaurant featuring German food. And of course the beer. Alpine Village has this huge OKTOBERFEST every year. This year its September 7 - October 27, 2012. I did not go there for anything German. There is also a swap meet at the location. I was looking for a tool on the cheap. Even though Alpine Village has nothing to do with how I Wear MY PEACE of jewelry, I thought you'd like to hear about it. As for how I dress when it's HOT. I swear this is one of my favorite necklaces. It's the beads! It's the beads! They are so earthy and chunky. My outfit this time with MY PEACE of jewelry consisted of this black Tunic and, these bright ass turquoise blue pants BDG Roadie Boot Jean , which of course I got from URBAN OUTFITTERS , on sale. Just bought a red pair online. Can't wait to wear them. Tibetan Mystical Bib Necklace on Etsy The center brown beads are from China. They're Tibetan maple/caramel colored Agate beads. Agate is like a rock that is created when molten minerals filled up a cavity in a host rock. They are semi-translucent. Tibetans consider Agate beade to have positive spiritual benefits with the ability to provide its bearer with strength, courage & PEACE (I love the word Peace) and calmness of the mind. How I wear MY PEACE - Tone in Tune
Here I am wearing MY PEACE of jewelry . Monday through Friday, when I am walking to work, I walk pass this red wall- It's an In n' Out Burger restaurant. I was able to take a few shots before the security man came over and said I was not able to photograph on the premises without management permission. I was shocked! It was 10 in the morning and I was in the frickin' alley! Back to MY PEACE of jewelry. I am wearing my 3-strand Olive Wood bead necklace. I like making wearable statement necklaces. I make PEACEs that fit any attire. MY PEACE of jewelry can be worn with a fancy dress or paired with jeans and t-shirt. I've seen a few ladies wearing my necklaces and they look so cool how they fit the PEACEs to their fashion sense. When I dress, I think about being relax,comfortable and colorful but pulled together.
