What is practice self love? It's focusing on being your own best friend, being your own motivator, being your own best care taker, being your own rock, being your own support system.   Why is it required? Because if you keep searching outside your-self to be loved or feel loved, you will ALWAYS be searching. There are days, weeks, months or even years, you may not have someone in your life who "loves" you, but you can  and should count on loving your-self. I made another visit to the cemetery. My last visit was in January - Cemetary & Boots . Then, it was cold and rainy. This visit, it's hot and sunny.
