How to practice self love
What is practice self love?
It's focusing on being your own best friend, being your own motivator,
being your own best care taker, being your own rock, being your own support system.
Because if you keep searching outside your-self to be loved
or feel loved,
you will ALWAYS be searching.
There are days, weeks, months or even years, you may not
have someone in your life who "loves" you,
but you can and
should count on loving your-self.
Self-love doesn't happen by luck or the grace of God.
You have to create it.
Self love and self validation allows you to be happy from
within and
not waiting or constantly searching for someone to love you.
That shit is exhausting.
I know it's much easier said than done. I've struggled with
it all my life.
HOW TO practice self love
Love yourself how you'd WANT others to love you.
It's the easiest and the hardest thing to do but you have to
start with loving yourself first,
in order to know how it is to be rightfully loved by another
person.
Re-evaluate negative and stressful relationships
Some people act in 'toxic' ways and are not healthy to be
around. Limit your time with them as much as possible. Explore your role in
these relationships. Are you contributing to the negativity? Is your overall
relationship with yourself toxic or positive? What can you do to make it more
loving and enjoyable? - Holistic

head and remember to turn up the volume on the messages that CONTRIBUTE to your
positive self-esteem and to turn down the volume on any message that encourages
