How I Wear MY PEACE of jewelry - Drop Waist Blouse

Image
A couple of weeks ago my friend got married. I was a bridesmaid. First time ever! Unfortunately, I have only one photo of the bride and bridesmaids Even though I left L.A., I can still feature MY PEACE of jewelry WOODEN EARRINGS But first a little bit about where my friend got married The 1880 Union Hotel in Los Alamos, CA The 1880 Union Hotel is an actual hotel from 1880  still holding the same Wild West design theme.  It's located in Wine Country in Santa Barbara County.  An old time saloon is connected next to the Hotel too. Agate beads are beautifully formed over thousands of years. Agate is like a rock that is created when molten minerals filled up a cavity in a host rock. They are semi-translucent. Tibetan consider Agate beade to have positive spiritual benefits with the ability to pr...

Over the next few posts, I am going to feature my single strand necklaces paired with this multi-strand necklace that I recently made. The multi-strand necklace consists of various chain links; gold plated, brass and gun metal that are different sizes and lengths. The single strand necklace featured today is this gold-plated CHUNKY CHAIN LINK featuring a CRYSTAL wire wrapped. In doing my research on, I found out that different formations of CRYSTALS may possibly  have varied metaphysical  and healing properties and lore meanings. The use of crystals dates back as far as there are records of history itself.  They were used in Biblical times, throughout Ancient Egypt, Rome and date to all ancient cultures. The actual word crystal comes from a Greek word Crystallos,  from “Krysos” meaning ...
