What is practice self love? It's focusing on being your own best friend, being your own motivator, being your own best care taker, being your own rock, being your own support system.   Why is it required? Because if you keep searching outside your-self to be loved or feel loved, you will ALWAYS be searching. There are days, weeks, months or even years, you may not have someone in your life who "loves" you, but you can  and should count on loving your-self. Self-love doesn't happen by luck or the grace of God. You have to create it. I've been gone for a couple of weeks; on vacation with my dad in Texas. It was hot! 109 degrees everyday. Anyway, the jeans, I'm wearing here, I did take them on my vacay. These photos were taken prior to leaving. As I stated before, I am not the girly girl dresser. Being tomboyish, I prefer jeans to a dress, flats to heels and t-shirts to blouses. Another reason I dress the way I do is I ride my bike to and from work. I made another visit to the cemetery. My last visit was in January - Cemetary & Boots . Then, it was cold and rainy. This visit, it's hot and sunny. I don't live far from Third Street Promenade. If you have not been there, it's located in Santa Monica, California on "3rd Street". The street is lined with boutiques and major shops and ends in a cul-de-sac, which is the setting of high-end stores that I will NEVER step foot in because for one can't afford the prices and two it's ridiculous to pay such high prices, when fashion can be achieved for much less. Having completed my yoga class, I met a girlfriend of mine on "The Promenade", as it's sometimes called. The street is lined with "street performers". Some have even appeared on America's Got Talent!
