It's Everybody, Everywear Challenge! - Back to School Living in Southern California, there's not much change in the weather. :( I don't know if it's a good or bad thing. To meet Everybody, Everywear's wonderful "Back to School" Challenge, I did not have to dig deep into my closet for a jacket, sweater or rain coat because It's still hot here! Not only hot, but humid, too. The humidity started last week over Labor Day weekend.   I am showing by homage to FALL by wearing Fall color clothing. As I get older, I am getting more comfortable wearing COLOR below the waist. Big butt and thighs will not stop I. Here I am wearing URBAN OUTFITTERs - BDG Roadie Boot Jean , which I got on sale for $19 in the store.  But! You can get them online too for the same price. They are stretch denim (a good thing) but ride low (a somewhat bad thing). Because when you sit down or bend over, there might be some crack action in the rear, if you know what I mean. With this color, pairing red with white is a no brainer. Keeping it simple on top, I wore a v-neck t-shirt, which is by chance also from URBAN OUTFITTERS - BDG V-neck tee . I have plenty of white-tees. In fact recently purchased a few white tees from the GAP, but they have a little pocket on one side of the chest that does fit well with MY PEACE of jewelry . Oh yeah! Everyone has a LBD, meaning a little black dress. This is mine.  When I wear a dress, this is my go to dress. (*Please excuse the posing. I suck!) The occasion was a birthday party at a friend's house  on Coldwater Canyon Dr. in Beverly Hills.  It was my first time to her house and I wanted to look nice. When she said she lived on Coldwater Canyon in Beverly Hills, I knew she lived in a really nice home and I knew she was going to give an awesome party.  Coldwater Canyon Dr. is where A LOT of the celebrities live. Really what I did was re-do an "old" necklace that I had originally made. It needed to be re-strung, and in the process I added a few more beads here and there to make it even more precious. I love it more! It's really colorful, yet understated as far as not being BRIGHT colorful, but it is Earthy colorful. Black Rainbow Necklace 7-strand, black opaque seed beads and multi-color, multi-shaped beads Necklace length - 30" Weight - 4.9oz Made some drop earrings too. Made a few of the earrings; 2 pairs in blue and black. The necklace does not really need a pair of earrings, but it's nice to have simple pair to wear with it.
