Wear what looks good to you
For me, 
pairing a chunky necklace of African Brass Pendants & Beads with a short necklace of 
Gun Metal Chain & African Brass Ring looks good,
to me. 
Now pairing my necklaces with a blue & white striped sailor-inspired t-shirt, I'm not to sure.
But I did.

I love this bag!
About 15 years ago, I bought this bag in Florence, Italy at an open market.
I had never heard of the brand, but apparently I Medici Firenze are known for their leather purses.
I can safely say, it is the BEST leather I've ever felt AND it was so INEXPENSIVE
that I bought a smaller backpack and a messenger bag, which
hopefully will appear in a future post.


This bag reminds me of my ex-boyfriend. We were vacationing together with another couple,
when I bought this bag. Him being from Switzerland, we visited his parents in Switzerland, visited a few cities in Italy and France. Great trip, but stressful at the same time because he was so rigid about time and being schedule that it made me and our friends very stressed.
Oh well, he's gone, because I broke up with him after 9 years together because he did not want to marry me.
But I digress.

    Zalina, was immer Du trägst, Deine Ketten sehen fantastisch dazu aus. Das Streifenshirt gefällt mir gut zu den Jeans. Ganz wunderbar finde ich auch den Rucksack, was für eine schöne Farbe. Wie schön, dass er Dich an eine aufregende Reise erinnert. Ganz ungewohnt sind die hohen Schuhe an Dir, aber sie sehen bequem aus und auch hier gefällt mir die Farbe sehr gut.

      Danke, Sabine. Ich mag den Rucksack sehr viel. Ich gebrauche ihn nicht viel. Er ist wie einen neuen Rucksack. Die Farbe ist ein tief Rot. Rot ist mein liebste Farbe.

      LOL! Ich bin nicht gewohnt in die Schuhe. Man wuerde denken, dass die Schuhe bequem wurden, weil sie eine kleine Fersen, aber sie waren zu gross fuer mich. Ich koennte nicht gut gehen. Am diesem Tag, warf ich die Schuhe im Muell. Ich mag mein flache Schuhe.:)

Getting started...

I've been making or stringing beads together for years. I am not exactly sure how I started making jewelry. Oh yeah! I got started because I've always collected beads. I liked going to bead shops and bought beads that appealed to me then would place in empty pickle jars and store them on my shelfs at home. After a while I had so many beads that I needed to do something with them, which was the obvious - make jewelry. I bought some how-to books and that is how I got started. A few years back, friend of mine, who worked at Fox, encouraged me to let her sell my stuff at their Xmas bazaar. I was pleasantly surprised - I sold quite a few items. My friend was so cool.
