How I Wear MY (new) PEACE of jewelry - Hooker Wear
John Lee Hooker, that is. Have you heard of him?
One of the best blues singer ever. Born in 1917 - Died 2001.
I like his music, so I purchased the shirt.
You definitely can't wear this to the office. Or can you?
Having just made MY (new) PEACE of jewelry NECKLACE
I was anxious to wear it. So I paired it with t-shirt.
Available on Etsy
The necklace, I made using repurposed brass link chains, lucite oval beads,
round faux pearl beads plus a foreign coin. It's a bib-style "statement" necklace.

*hobo purse - Urban Outfitters

I made earrings too; in fact two pairs of drop earrings.
I am not sure which are better.
When I sell, the necklace, I will include both pairs.
Lucite "drop" earrings
faux pearl "drop" earrings
I am not sure which pair look better, but it's good to have choices.

ReplyDeleteWhen I saw this, I had two instant thoughts. First, I love that shirt. Jazz is my Achilles's Heel. Second, that shirt needs a jacket of some kind, maybe a blazer? Then I scrolled down and sure enough, you paired it with a jacket.
ReplyDeletePerfect! Love it! :D

*Reposted to correct a spelling error because I am that guy. Yep. Totally.
Thank you Anna! I welcome any style tips. Please let me know in the future too. I am curious how others think what MY PEACE of jewelry can be paired with, i.e. blouse vs dress, jeans...
