UPDATE a/o May 2012 Because I love to work with my hands and create a variety of things. I thought I could make my own mannequins.  I used the paper mache' technique to make my mine. See below for step by step on how to make your own WO-MANNEQUIN Materials : Grocery bags, wallpaper paste and tape. I finally caved in and bought some Sneaker Wedges These are the latest trend.  Sneakers with an internal wedge heel.  In browsing the Internet,  the views are pretty mixed from headlinesstating   "Summer's Ugliest Trend? Sneaker Wedges Should be Banned!    to various blog posts giving PRAISEs and TIPS on how to WEAR The pair that started the Sneaker Wedge trend is Isabel Marant brand Cost $649! They cost $649 dollars. Personally, I feel is ridiculous for shoes. This weekend, a friend revealed to me that she bought two pairs. She loves them but says they are uncomfortable. Who buys $649 pair of shoes that you can't walk in?! I like the shoes. But I'm not paying $649 I found a pair. Doesn't this house remind you of Psycho the film? It's a beautiful closed chapel on the campus of the VA Medical Center on Wilshire Blvd & Veteran Built in 1900, closed 1971.
